the room was spacious and offered great amenities. car parking was very convenient at the hotel. i found the adjacent restaurant to have great value.
the decor of the room felt dated. the hallways needed modernization or a fresh coat of paint. the price did not entirely reflect a five-star experience.

The location proved convenient. A bus stop nearby offered easy access to victoria. the room had a great shower. Everything i needed was available. breakfast also gave a wide variety of choices.
The coffee making facilities were poor. It only offered instant coffee.

the size of the suite was excellent, especially for the price. it was a pleasant surprise to find a jacuzzi bath tub in the suite. room service was efficient, delivering delicious food quickly, a definite plus.
i found that the decor in the hotel felt quite outdated!
